About Gerry
Born and raised in Vancouver, Gerry’s love for the real estate industry hit early, with his entry into a career in real estate at 20 years old. One of Canada’s top under 25 yr old realtors, Gerry received many accolades with top-grossing sales numbers from his base in Surrey, BC. Expanding to larger markets, Gerry’s career continued to thrive in the Greater Vancouver and Squamish communities. With appointments as Senior VP in both Real Estate and Technology companies, Gerry has triumphed in many Canadian Real Estate markets, from Nanaimo, BC to Toronto, ONT. Internationally, Gerry has worked on projects in the USA, Caribbean, and most recently in the Philippines.
Gerry’s wisdom in the business world has come from hands-on experience in almost every aspect of the real estate industry from renovating and flipping homes, project marketing and managing some of Canada’s highest producing real estate companies through the best of business conditions to the worst of Canada’s economic turndowns. Gerry is a senior trainer and content developer/writer in BC for the BC Real Estate Association, the Vancouver Real Estate Board and leading private companies. Today, Gerry has a thriving seminar training institute, busy with investments/projects throughout Canada & overseas.
The area that gives Gerry the most pride is his work in the education of entrepreneurs, realtors and business owners. Gerry lives in the beautiful Niagara Region of Southern Ontario and loves biking, hiking and enjoying time spent with his wife, Imelda and dog, Lucky. An accomplished guitar player, Gerry can often be found playing with the band at a favourite watering hole at his second home in Boracay, Philippines.
